SkiL-Care Gel-Foam Heel Cushion – The Gel-Foam Heel Cushion combines a comfortable, resilient foam with gel to relieve heel pressure. The water-based gel insert cools to reduce skin damaging perspiration. The cushion is covered with a polyester fabric that wicks away moisture to prevent skin shearing and friction. Extra-wide hook and loop strap secures the heel cushion. Durable and completely launderable when the gel insert is removed.
